At ShopiStudio, operated by PASSIVEECHO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy is designed to provide transparency and clarity regarding order cancellations and related procedures.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel orders under the following conditions:
Before Dispatch
• Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment confirmation.
• Customers may cancel orders through:
- Their ShopiStudio account under the "Orders" section, or
- By contacting our customer support team
After Dispatch
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not permitted.
• Customers may still be eligible to initiate a return request after receiving the product, subject to our applicable Return and Refund Policy.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
• A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund processing generally begins within 2–3 business days after cancellation approval.
• The amount may reflect in your account according to your bank or payment provider's processing timeline.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• No refund applies to cancelled COD orders because no advance payment has been collected.
3. Order Cancellation by ShopiStudio
ShopiStudio reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:
• Product out of stock or unavailable inventory
• Product discontinued by seller or manufacturer
• Payment failure or incomplete transactions
• Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information
• Non-serviceable delivery locations
• Technical errors or pricing discrepancies
• Operational or logistical constraints
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such situations:
• Customers will be notified through SMS, email, or phone call.
• For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated promptly.
4. Bulk Orders or Fraudulent Transactions
ShopiStudio reserves the right to cancel or restrict orders including:
• Multiple orders placed for the same product by a single customer
• Transactions suspected of fraud or misuse
• Orders from users with unusual purchasing patterns
• Accounts with repeated excessive cancellations, return abuse, or policy misuse
Appropriate verification may be requested before order processing.
