💸 Refund Policy – Shopistudio
At Shopistudio, we are committed to delivering a transparent and customer-friendly refund process. Please read this policy to understand the terms under which refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The return is initiated within the allowed return period (7–14 days from delivery, depending on the product).
- The product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- The returned item passes our quality inspection.
- The issue (defect, damage, or mismatch) is verified by our support team.
2. Modes of Refund
Refunds are provided through:
- Original Payment Method – back to the bank/card/UPI used.
- Shopistudio Store Credit – can be used for future purchases (on request).
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the product clears inspection.
- The refunded amount reflects in your account within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/payment gateway.
4. Partial or Denied Refunds
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- The product is used, damaged, or returned without original tags/accessories.
- The item does not match the return claim.
- The return request was made after the return window.
Shopistudio reserves the right to offer partial refunds or decline refund based on the inspection result.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items.
- Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. Order Cancellations
- For cancelled orders before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days after cancellation.
