1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
• The return request is initiated within the applicable return period (7–14 days from delivery, depending on the product category).
• The product is returned unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
• The returned product successfully passes our quality inspection process.
• The reported issue (such as damage, defect, incorrect item, or product mismatch) is verified by our support team.

Original Payment Method
The refund amount will be credited back to the original bank account, card, UPI, or payment method used during purchase.
ShopiStudio Store Credit (optional upon request)
Store credits can be used for future purchases on the Platform.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
• Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• The amount generally reflects in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending upon your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
4. Partial or Denied Refunds
Refund requests may be partially approved or rejected under the following situations:
• The product has been used, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging/tags.
• The returned item does not match the original return request details.
• The return request was submitted after the applicable return period.
• The product fails inspection requirements.
ShopiStudio reserves the right to determine eligibility for partial refunds or reject refund claims based on inspection findings.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are generally non-refundable:
• Customized or personalized products
• Made-to-order items
• Clearance sale products
• Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
• Shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges, unless the error occurred from our side
6. Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
• For prepaid orders, refunds are generally initiated within 2–3 working days after cancellation approval.
