At ShopiStudio, operated by PASSIVEECHO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver your orders promptly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through our Platform are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently provide shipping services across India to most cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes covered by our logistics and courier partners.
Please note:
• Delivery availability depends upon courier service coverage.
• International shipping services are currently not available.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
• Processing time may vary during festivals, promotional events, high-demand periods, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:
Metro Cities:
Delivery within 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns:
Delivery within 5–8 business days
Remote Areas:
Delivery may take up to 10 business days or longer depending on courier service availability.
Important Note:
The above timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Transport restrictions
• Courier delays
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999 may incur standard shipping charges ranging between ₹49–₹99, depending on:
- Delivery location
- Package size
- Product weight
- Courier charges
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
• You will receive a confirmation through SMS and/or email containing:
- Tracking ID
- Courier details
- Tracking link
• You may also track your order by logging into your ShopiStudio account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If delivery cannot be completed:
• The order may be returned back to us (Return to Origin / RTO).
• For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refunds may be processed after the returned package is received and verified.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect product
• Missing items
Please:
- Refuse delivery where possible
- Contact customer support immediately
- Share product and packaging images for verification
Providing photographs will help speed up resolution and replacement processing.
