Return Policy – Shopistudio
At Shopistudio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned if:
- The return request is initiated within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on the product category.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Shopistudio account and go to the “Orders” section.
- Select the product you want to return and click “Initiate Return.”
- Choose the reason for return and provide any additional details.
- Follow the instructions to securely pack the item and hand it over to the pickup agent or drop it off at the designated location.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are free if the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong product sent.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Partial refunds or no refund may be issued if the product is found used, damaged, or missing components.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size, color, or defect-related issues are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging to customer support for faster resolution.
